Agenda 2063, Aspiration #2 An integrated continent, politically united and based on the ideals of Pan-Africanism and the vision of Africa’s Renaissance. There is no need for Africans to have to learn foreign languages to do business with foreigners in Africa.

15. Proper education of African youth.
STAND AFRICA supports proper education of Africans around the world as to true world history, ancient wisdom , heritage, lineage, and the essential role that Africa and her people have played in the development of the world. Social and political education that leads Africans away from the constraints of white supremacy and colonialism. Education that teaches African people to be more than cheap labor for other people’s factories and offices. Education that teaches Africa’s best and brightest that measuring ones success by their proximity to whiteness only benefits white supremacy.
STAND AFRICA promotes the empowerment of African young people to become business, political, and spiritual world leaders. It is imperative to support the training of African young people to become leaders as other parts of the worlds population is aging rapidly and seeking to replace their shrinking workforces. As Africa has the youngest population of the world, it would be a tragedy to simply supply the low level work force for the rest of the worlds industry while management, leaders, innovators and experts are non-African. STAND AFRICA supports continental Africans, as well as members of the African diaspora creating more than just low paying, low level menial jobs. It is good for members of the African diaspora to return to Africa to be entrepreneurs, create businesses, create jobs, or even to retire. In so doing, let us ask ourselves “how are we different from everyone else who goes to the continent to take advantage of the opportunities Africa has to offer? Train, Inspire, encourage, and most importantly, invest in and empower African youth to lead the world!
